    InBody Scan — $50

    InBody scanning accurately measures body composition, including body fat, muscle mass, and water content. Unlike a DEXA scan, there is no radiation; It uses a painless, electrical current.

    InBody’s advanced measurements help personalize weight loss plans and is used to assess progress.

    FibroScan — $115

    FibroScan is a non-invasive imaging device used to measure the extent of fat in the liver as well as liver stiffness. It helps assess the extent of liver scarring.

    FibroScan is indicated for those with fatty liver, obesity, diabetes and high cholesterol.

    Patients should wear loose, comfortable clothing to their appointment. Please do not wear dresses or skirts, as the abdominal area needs to be easily accessible for the procedure. Patients should fast for 3 hours prior to the appointment — nothing to eat or drink except water.

    Thyroid Ultrasound — $195

    Ultrasound offers non-invasive, real-time imaging of the thyroid gland, cervical lymph nodes and other neck structures.

    Ultrasound is the preferred imaging modality for the thyroid.

    Patients should wear clothing that allows easy access to the lower neck area, such as a low-neck shirt or a button-up/button-down top.

    Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA) — $250

    Dr. Saran performs find needle aspiration (FNA), also known as a biopsy), using ultrasound guidance in the office. Experience her gentle approach with minimal downtime.

    Please do not wear lotions or perfumes to the appointment. Avoid NSAIDs (such as ibuprofen, Advil, Aleve, naproxen) for 24 hours prior to the procedure.
    Price does not include cytology or molecular testing fees, which are billed separately.
