  • Your first year at Bright Endocrinology is about more than just appointments—it’s about building a complete picture of your health. Membership covers in-depth health screenings, advanced diagnostic testing, and a personalized care plan tailored to your unique needs. Because we’re not bound by rushed, insurance-driven visits, we can spend the time needed to fully understand your concerns, answer questions, and adjust your plan as you progress.

Membership also fosters your partnership with the doctor-patient relationship. Patients who commit to regular visits see better results and feel in control of their health. Your doctor is truly invested in your long-term wellness.

  • Yes! With direct care, you dictate how you want to be seen; not your insurance. All patients can be seen with a video appointment. You even have the option of a phone call, great for those with a busy lifestyle. Patients must be physically present in the state of Arizona due to medical board requirements. Currently Dr. Saran only has an Arizona medical license. Those who live outside of Arizona or travel frequently can place a request and Dr. Saran will consider expanding based on demand.

  • Most of our patients maintain insurance coverage. Our patients can still use their insurance for medications, imaging outside of our office, labs and in case of hospitalization or surgery. Patients also need to continue with routine care from a primary care provider.

  • After years of practicing in traditional, insurance-based settings, Dr. Saran saw how rushed visits, limited access, and fragmented care left patients feeling unheard and underserved. She wanted to create a model that removed those barriers—where patients could have more time with their doctor, easier communication, and medical plans that addressed the root causes of their health concerns.

By moving to a direct physician care model, Dr. Saran can focus fully on each patient, combining evidence-based endocrinology with a functional medicine approach to deliver thorough, personalized, and truly patient-centered care.

  • No, however it’s a matter of semantics. Traditional “concierge” practices require a fee to access the physician while ALSO billing insurance. This means a patient pays a flat fee AND any insurance-required deductibles and fees related to the services provided.

Here at Bright Endocrinology, all pricing is transparent without surprise bills, as the patient pays the doctor directly for services.

Both types of practices typically offer more personalized treatment plans.

    * Patients with Medicare are subject to CMS requirements. Medicare no longer covers telehealth for routine appointments. Bright Endocrinology has a separate tax ID and therefore all patient with Medicare will be billed as a new patient visit for their first visit.
